Our focus on upper, lower and mid-section strengthening techniques TRANSFORM your body, PLUS you’ll be able to work out as a team to get extra motivated. Each week we help to challenge your body through circuit training and technique building so you’ll not only get a great workout but learn something new!
Week 1 & 2: Boxing
Week 3 & 4: Muay Thai (Thai style kickboxing)
Week 5 & 6: Self-Defense/MMA
