Our 6 week CARDIO KICKBOXING starting April 22nd. (Soft Start class on April 15th).

– TRANSFORM your body, PLUS you’ll be able to work out as a team to get extra motivated.

– Learn boxing, Muay Thai, and self-defense along the way to get your body to the fittest it’s ever been!

– Each week we help you to challenge your body through circuit training and technique building 3x per week so you’ll not only get a great workout but learn something new!
